$175 first hour, $100 2nd hours consulting meeting, followed by service options and NDA's. 

Americas MPS Coach stands out from other consulting firms due to our extensive experiences, non-bias approach and inside/outside knowledge you may not presently have. Although we have intimate relative knowledge and experience after 30 years, we are not affiliated with any providers of Managed Print Services.

Americas MPS Coach works with organizations of all sizes, who have large fleets of copiers and printers (Managed Print Services programs) from 250 devices - unlimited but don't have the bandwidth to understand the latest trends, services, suppliers, contractual considerations nevertheless the inside knowledge to leverage the best experiences.  We offer the prescriptive knowledge and help you through this complex time-consuming resource tasking journey were everyone is bias towards their products and services.

Our objective is to partner with you 9-12 months out before your current MPS contract is up and prior to selection of participating suppliers in this next phase of MPS.  As a strategic alliance, we represent you and share relative prescriptive knowledge including pricing strategies, over all strategies and are aligned together with you to help you make the best decisions along the way, so that you receive the most value.

Full engagement costs: for full engagement clients, cost are minimal strictly for travel and related purposes.   Upon down select of suppliers an NDA will be provided to each of the remaining participants inclusive of our fees, the supplier of choice is responsible for our fees and no different than the multitude of sales and operations payouts they pay internally with these engagements.  (Again internal knowledge you are not aware of)

Annual Subscription: Unlike Gartner, Forrester, AMPSC provides over 40 critical non-bias prescriptive briefings that will guide you through your MPS journey.  Client portal access is subscription based good for 12-month access.  (Intel is updated annually). Customized briefings are available once a member via consultation.  

Topics such as:

1. How to negotiate best pricing?
2. Latest security options? 
3. Transition to steady state?
4. User friendly, RFI, RFP, MSA, SLA's, KPI's? 
5. Setting up finalist test lab?

Consultations: (non full engagement client) a per hour consultation fee.

The duration of an engagement with Americas MPS Coach varies depending on the complexity of the project and services you engage us in. We work with clients on both short-term and long-term projects.
